You’ll be prompted to provide essential information about your composition, such as the number of instruments, measures, and the duration of the piece.
Upload your score file in one of our accepted formats (Sibelius, Finale, or MusicXML) to ensure we have all the details we need to assess your project accurately.
Once we receive your submission, we will review your score and provide you with a detailed price quote and an estimated timeline for completion.
After you receive your quote, we will create, and share a project portal where you can stay up to date with the progress of your project.
The first draft of your piece will be uploaded to the portal, where you can review it and provide feedback.
We offer one round of revisions at no additional charge, allowing you to request changes to dynamics, articulations, or even instrument selection.
These revisions will also be uploaded into the portal, ensuring that every aspect of your composition is exactly how you envisioned it.
Once all revisions are complete and you’re satisfied with the result, we’ll finalize your recording and prepare it for delivery.
You’ll receive the final version of your piece, along with separate stems for different instrument groups (strings, winds, brass, percussion), tempo tracks, and click tracks if needed.
The final files will be available for download from your account in the client portal.
After receiving your superb recording, the final invoice will be processed, and your project will be ready for whatever purpose you have in mind.
